Junior Healthcare Recruiter - Sourcer

Jet Health, Inc. is a leading home health, hospice and personal care provider dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care within four states in the United States. We are expanding our recruitment team and seeking a Junior Healthcare Recruiter with strong sourcing experience to help us attract top healthcare professionals.

This position is fully remote but must be able to service the Texas, New Mexico, Colorado and Idaho time zones.

• Source, screen, and engage potential candidates for healthcare positions, including nurses, CNAs, therapists, and administrative staff.
• Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking to build a pipeline of qualified talent.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and interest.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Maintain an organized candidate database using Paylocity.
• Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating hiring processes.
• Stay up to date on healthcare industry hiring trends and sourcing best practices.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or related field (healthcare recruiting highly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A can-do upbeat and positive personality
• Ability to manage multiple job requisitions and meet hiring deadlines.
• Proficiency with ATS software (Paylocity) and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel proficiency.
• Associates degree in HR, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred but not required).
