As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for conducting psychosocial assessments, developing and implementing plans of care, and providing counseling and education to patients and their families. Requirements
- Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited school of Social Work.
- Active social work licensure (LMSW, LICSW, or LCSW) in the state of practice.
- Minimum of one year experience as a Master of Social Work (MSW) in a healthcare setting.
- Working knowledge of community resources and good interpersonal skills.
- Proof of current CPR certification.
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and auto liability insurance.
