Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Engineer to maintain, manage, and enhance our Salesforce.com implementation and related applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce administration, development, integration, and data migration while ensuring seamless interoperability with our business applications.
\n- Salesforce Administration & Support:
- Manage and maintain Salesforce.com, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Administer a user base of 300 employees, handling profiles, roles, object customizations, fields, record types, and page layouts.
- Implement and maintain workflow rules, validation rules, approval processes, reports, and dashboards.
- Salesforce Development & Customization:
- Develop and maintain Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Apex Test Methods, Visualforce Pages, SOQL/SOSL queries, and Flow automation.
- Design and implement Salesforce integrations using APIs, web services, and third-party applications.
- Ensure seamless data migration and integration using Data Loader.
- Testing & Risk Management:
- Test Salesforce customizations and integrations with business applications.
- Assess new requirements for potential risks and impacts on integrated systems, including D365, Customer Portal (MYJSSI), and other business units.
- System Maintenance & Updates:
- Ensure the Salesforce org remains up to date with the latest releases and updates.
- Manage third-party applications such as Visual Compliance, DocuSign, and Conga.
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator & Platform Developer 1 and Salesforce Developer certifications required.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce administration, including user management, security, and data integrity.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Flow Builder are nice to have.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration tools.
- Familiarity with data migration tools like Data Loader.
- Ability to troubleshoot and test Salesforce customizations and integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with Microsoft D365, MYJSSI, and other integrated business applications.
- Knowledge of third-party applications such as Visual Compliance, DocuSign, and Conga.
At JSSI, we are committed to rewarding our team members with competitive and comprehensive compensation packages that reflect their contributions and talent.
For this role, the annual base pay generally ranges from $90,000 to $125,000 with the final offer determined by variable factors including but not limited to market location, job-specific knowledge, skills, education, and experience. In addition, your total rewards package may include an annual discretionary bonus plan, incentive or sales bonus plan, or other form of additional compensation, based on your role.
