Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manufacturing Manager located in Spokane Valley, WA. The Manufacturing Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, including production planning, quality control, and production management. Responsibilities include ensuring operational efficiency, managing staff, maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards, and optimizing production processes. The role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.
Qualifications
- Experience in Production Planning and Production Management
- Proficiency in Quality Control and Manufacturing Operations
- Strong skills in Operations Management
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the seal manufacturing industry is a plus
- Experience with ERP systems (particularly Epicor) is a plus
