Job Title: Project Manager
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-time available
Benefits: Healthcare, 401k, Generous Paid Time Off and Flexible Life-Work Balance, Remote work available after 90 days in combination with weekly office hours.
Starting salary: $85,000 - $110,000
Candidates should anticipate participating in some or all of the following tasks and activities based upon their qualifications and experience:
- Design and oversee implementation of projects through all phases of work, starting with Concept Design through Construction Observation.
- Prepare for and attend project meetings, including on-line meetings, in-person meetings at Employer’s place of business and/or off-site locations.
- Work directly with Principals and the JETT team on a day to day basis to advance the practice of landscape architecture in our studios and projects.
- Manage and direct work, including being responsible for project team schedules, day to day tasks, project budgets, invoicing, deadlines and staffing assignments.
- Manage subconsultants in design, documentation, and execution of our collaborative teams and projects. Manage construction installation and administration efforts the installation of landscape architectural project work. Manage the review of landscape submittals, requests for information, and installation during construction.
- Work daily utilizing Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, Bluebeam and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Aid with the marketing and pursuit of new project work and client groups.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 Years of Experience
- Real-world design experience in Revit production and coordination, from Schematic Design through Construction Documentation
- Autocad proficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Adobe (Photoshop and InDesign)
- Be able to work collaboratively with a team of talented Principals and Designers
- Possess construction documentation and management skills in the field of Landscape Architecture.
- Possess strong communication and organizational skills

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
