Jettison is representing a law firm who is seeking a seasoned Case Managing Attorney to manage and work up a docket of toxic tort products liability action. The ideal candidate, with their significant case management and courtroom skills, will be able to effectively manage a complex docket of mesothelioma cases.
Requirements:
- Minimum of four years of experience in taking cases from filing to trial
- Second-chair experience
- While asbestos experience is preferred, we are open to considering the right candidate with the right skill set and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly to the asbestos learning curve.
**This role requires substantial travel on at least a weekly basis, strong deposition, writing, and critical thinking skills. An ability to think tactically and strategically will be a valuable asset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
