- Manage a diverse caseload of complex commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and support senior counsel.
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, Orders to Show Cause, and other pleadings.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, arbitrations, and appeals.
- Prepare for and attend depositions.
- Effectively communicate with courts, clients, and adversaries.
- Stay abreast of relevant legal developments, industry trends, and best practices to ensure the highest quality of legal representation.
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Bar admission to both NJ and NY.
- Minimum 5 years of sophisticated commercial litigation experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management-based software.
- Knowledge of electronic digital documentation and e-discovery matters.
- Intrinsically motivated, self-starter with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong commercial/business acumen with the ability to deliver creative and pragmatic solutions and advice.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills required for this role, along with outstanding academic credentials.
Salary : $130,000 - $175,000
