- Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
- Participate in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and court appearances
- Collaborate with partners and senior associates on complex cases
- Interact directly with clients, providing regular case updates and legal advice
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in good standing with the Georgia State Bar
- 2-5 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting
- Strong academic credentials, including excellent performance in legal writing courses
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Experience with pre-trial procedures and courtroom appearances
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work product
