Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney

Jettison is representing a multispecialty mid-sized law firm who is seeking to add an experienced Commercial Real Estate Associate to their practice.

Overview

The associate will be primarily engaged in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, leasing, development, and finance. The associate will have responsibility for a wide array of transactional matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sale and purchase agreements, commercial leases, development related agreements and loan documents, and handling related diligence efforts, such a title and survey reviews.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
• Admitted to practice in Virginia
• Excellent written and oral skills
