- 4-7 years of experience
- Wage and hour litigation experience, including class/collective action experience
- Admitted in California
- Comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting, and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Although they would prefer that you have some experience in employment law, they are also interested in working with developing talented attorneys who come with excellent skills in any litigation arena. If you have litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in labor and employment law, we want to talk to you. Relocation assistance is available.
