POSITION SUMMARY :

The Sales Coordinator will provide the necessary assistance, information and approvals to the Account Management Team. The goal is to facilitate the Account Manager’s activities to maximize their performance and the long-lasting success of the company.
Core Responsibilities
- Serve as key point of contact / liaison between Account Managers and Home Office
- Provide general daily support to Account Managers as they generate leads and close new deals
- Assist in the preparation, storing, processing and presentation of regularly scheduled reports, spreadsheets, proposals, leases, general correspondence, equipment approvals, etc.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Respond to all requests in a professional and timely manner
- Effectively multi-task in a high paced sales environment
- Review and continually develop and improve all sales-related material
- Provide after-sales support as requested
- Ensure smooth account management team operations
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify and help coach shortcomings and propose improvements
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Ensure adherence to all laws and company policies
- Identify and recommend improvements to internal processes and procedures while working collaboratively towards implementation
- Ensure adherence to laws and company policies
- All other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS :
To perform this job successfully, the Sales Coordinator must have the ability to multitask, be able to switch focus quickly, be well organized, be a good communicator (both verbal and written), and stay on task. Must effectively leverage analytical thinking skills and stay calm in high stress situations. Continually promotes teamwork and demonstrates effective motivational skills. Must attend to internal / external customer inquiries in a timely manner. Makes customer service a priority, and ensures the data generated by the Account Managers is prepared accurately. Ensures the effective coordination of the company’s sales activities with intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
