What is JetZero?
Today’s aircraft contribute around 2.5% of global CO2 emissions, equivalent to the emissions of 200 million cars. This is only going to increase : Air travel is forecasted to double by 2050, while meaningful efficiency gains using current airplanes have hit a wall.
JetZero is developing a blended wing aircraft. It uses 50% less fuel and can accommodate zero-emission hydrogen propulsion. JetZero is the inevitable solution to sustainable air travel.

The Opportunity
JetZero is in growth mode. As a Structures Analysis Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and verifying the structural integrity of the aircraft. Responsibilities include :
- Perform structural analysis of aircraft structures using hand analysis, finite element analysis (FEA), and other advanced techniques.
- Develop and coordinate Building Block test program
- Generate, review, and / or approve :
- Engineering analysis and strength check notes
- Structural test plans and reports
- Compliance documentation
- Structural analysis engineering processes and manuals
- Conduct trade studies and test programs as necessary to validate that structures architectures meet all requirements
- Work with various company departments to ensure integrated structures designs meet all system and aircraft-level requirements.
What You'll Bring
Compensation :
Our compensation package is a blend of base salary and equity options for eligible employees. The range for this role is$150,000 to $175,000. We consider a number of factors when presenting a final offer, including geography, internal equity and years of experience and expertise.
