- Serve as a liaison between the participants, attendants and the payroll team, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Input, update and maintain data with a high degree of accuracy
- Handle sensitive information with discretion, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to change and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
Skills & Requirements
- Associate degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience or High School Diploma and 4 years relevant experience
- Computer Literate
- Proficiency working in Microsoft 365 Office Suite.(Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
