Summary
As the Senior Product Manager, Core Services, you will take ownership of driving the strategy, vision, and execution of the core services platform. Essential Responsibilities
- Define Product Vision & Strategy : Lead the development of the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the core services platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives across multiple units. Collaborate with product designers, engineers, operations, and stakeholders to communicate and execute the platform's goals.
- Own End-to-End Product Development : Oversee the product development lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, ensuring that the core platform meets the needs of internal teams and developers while focusing on scalability, security, and reliability.
- Prioritize Product Features : Evaluate trade-offs and prioritize initiatives based on data, user feedback, and business impact. Balance short-term needs with long-term goals to ensure the platform evolves efficiently.
- Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of platform features. Guide the team toward successful delivery and foster alignment across departments.
- Conduct Market & User Research : Lead research efforts to understand the needs, pain points, and opportunities of internal clients and developers. Use insights to inform the product roadmap and enhance platform capabilities.
- Drive Innovation : Stay current with emerging technologies and trends, fostering a culture of innovation. Explore new technologies to ensure the platform remains cutting-edge and adaptable to evolving business needs.
- Measure Success : Use data analytics and KPIs to track platform performance, uptime, and scalability. Adjust the strategy and roadmap as needed to improve product outcomes and user satisfaction.
- Ensure Seamless User Experiences : Collaborate with designers to ensure the platform delivers a seamless user experience, meeting the needs of internal clients and developers. Ensure consistency across touchpoints and ease of integration into various business units.
