Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as needed.
- Apply paint using various techniques including airless paint spraying and brush/roller methods.
- Execute frame carpentry and trim carpentry tasks as required during painting projects.
- Collaborate with other trades on construction sites to ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, utilizing hand tools effectively.
- Understand and apply color theory to achieve desired finishes and aesthetics.
- Work on remodeling projects that may involve stucco or other specialized materials.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial painting and residential projects.
