Job Description:
As an Airline & Hotel Booking Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating airline and hotel reservations for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle airline and hotel reservations, ticketing, and itinerary changes for clients
- Provide expert advice on flight and hotel options, routes, and pricing
- Ensure accuracy in booking details, including passenger information, special requests, and travel documentation
- Stay updated on airline and hotel policies, fare rules, and industry trends
- Assist clients with any travel disruptions, offering solutions and rebooking as needed
- Maintain excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients
- Experience in airline and hotel reservations or a similar role within the travel industry is a plus, but not required
- Proficiency with airline and hotel booking systems
- Strong understanding of airline and hotelpolicies, fare rules, and ticketing processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle travel-related emergencies
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in travel or tourism are a plus
