In this remote role, you will be responsible for organizing and managing all aspects of cruise travel for our clients, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience from booking to disembarkation. Key Responsibilities : Client Consultation : Engage with clients to understand their cruise preferences, including destinations, budgets, and travel dates. Cruise Planning : Research and recommend cruise options tailored to the client’s needs and preferences. Booking and Reservations : Coordinate all cruise reservations, including cabins, excursions, and any special requests. Travel Documentation : Verify clients have all necessary travel documents, including itineraries, tickets, and boarding passes. Customer Support : Act as the main point of contact for clients, offering support before, during, and after their cruise. Vendor Coordination : Work closely with cruise lines, tour operators, and other travel vendors to ensure a seamless travel experience. Problem Resolution : Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during the client's cruise. Market Research : Stay up-to-date with cruise trends, destinations, and promotions to provide clients with the best options. Follow-Up : Conduct post-cruise follow-ups to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications : Experience in travel coordination, preferably with a focus on cruises, but not necessary.. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
