The intern will work on special projects, including HR policy reviews, writing position descriptions, and heading up the file scanning project. The HR Intern will work with the HR Generalist to update the current handbook and training materials. The intern will work with the HR Specialist to learn about leaves and working with benefits, including benefit enrollment and invoicing.
This internship is unpaid. This is an ongoing position.
This Internship is in person in the office located at 3201 Tamarac Dr in Denver ,CO.

- File project: Transfer current employee files to digital files on SharePoint.
- Policy review: Updating wording to be current on policies and procedures.
- Handbook update: Work with the HR team to update the handbook with new and revised policies.
- Position Description Project: Work with the HR team to update position descriptions.
- The intern will have the opportunity to learn hiring and orientations.
- The opportunity to attend the management training classes.
- The intern will have the opportunity to train on the understanding of leaves for employees in Colorado.
- The intern will have the opportunity to train on benefits and billing.
