- The Fleet Administrator will assist the Fleet Manager with company vehicles.
- Individual will work in the Enterprise portal to help keep driver and branch assignments correct, change driver addresses, phone numbers, order maintenance cards.
- Data Entry in Geotab to help keep driver and branch assignments correct. Add new vehicle as needed, delete retired vehicles as needed, add and delete drivers as needed. Assist in creating reports for branch managers.
- Work in Wright Express to order fuel cards, add new drivers and vehicles, terminate drivers and vehicles, order replacement fuel cards and create monthly reporting for branches.
- Assist with annual vehicle registrations.
- Assist in ensuring DOT compliance.
- Daily vehicle inspections
- Track and maintain driver qualification files for all commercial vehicles.
- Ensure all commercial drivers have a current medical card.
- Ensure that all drivers complete an annual certification of violations.
- Collect annual MVR’s for each commercial driver.
- Assist with previous employment verification history for all new hire commercial drivers.
- Keep reminders of driver’s license/medical card expiration dates.
- Assist with monthly utilization reporting.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous Fleet experience preferred but not required
- Must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn other programs, i.e., Enterprise, Geotab and Wright Express.
- Must be able to meet company’s employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR, if driving for the company
- Physical Requirements: include occasional lifting/carrying of 10 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
