Our client in Hershey is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join their team onsite. This role focuses on providing essential administrative support to the department, specifically in managing mail processes and assisting the insurance follow-up team. If you have strong organizational skills and administrative experience in an office setting, particularly in the medical field, this is a great opportunity to contribute to a supportive and collaborative team.

Administrative Support Specialist Key Requirements

  • Experience in administrative office work, preferably in a medical setting
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications and data entry
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Availability to work onsite full-time

Administrative Support Specialist Key Responsibilities

  • Process and organize incoming and outgoing mail for the insurance follow-up team
  • Support team members by preparing, scanning, and filing documentation
  • Verify and update patient insurance information in office systems
  • Document and track administrative actions within the database
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve workflow challenges
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company and regulatory standards
