Our client, located in the Harrisburg area, is looking to hire a Human Resources Generalist to join their team in a hybrid role. This permanent position offers a competitive salary of up to $75,000 and includes a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate will support a variety of HR processes and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the onboarding process, including background checks, drug tests, new hire paperwork, orientation, training, mentor programs, stay interviews, and the 40 & 80 days review process.
- Compile reports from HRIS and ATS systems to inform decision-making.
- Meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
- Assist with employee relations counseling and conduct exit interviews.
- Administer policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
- Manage the leave process (FMLA, ADA, STD, etc.).
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of HR Generalist experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent education, training, and experience.
- Human Resources Certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP).
