Part-Time Administrative Support Clerk
Looking for a flexible, short-term opportunity to gain experience with a well-known employer? Our client is seeking someone detail-oriented and organized to assist with important administrative tasks. In this temporary role, you’ll work three days per week (flexible on which days) with sensitive information while gaining hands-on experience in a friendly, team-focused environment.
Administrative Support Clerk Requirements:
- Attention to detail and the ability to complete repetitive tasks accurately
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Prior experience with mail processing or administrative work
- Basic computer skills, including scanning and organizing documents
Administrative Support Clerk Duties:
- Open, sort, and process incoming mail
- Scan and upload documents into the system accurately
- Handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
- Keep records organized and follow data security guidelines
- Collaborate with the Data & Records team to support daily tasks
