A family-owned company with over 100 years in business is seeking a Controller to join their growing team. As the current CFO prepares for retirement, this stable and expanding company is looking for a dedicated accounting professional to take on increasing responsibilities. This Controller position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic growth and shape the future of the company's accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have a degree in accounting, at least 7 years of accounting management experience, and 3 years of ERP experience.
Controller Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA / MBA a plus)
- 7-10 years of accounting management experience
- 3 years of ERP system experience
- Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach to managing accounting functions in a fast-paced environment
