Seize the opportunity to work as an Apple Support Specialist, focusing on Apple and Google Suite technologies, in a dynamic educational environment. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for all things Apple and Google Suite, providing top-notch support to end users, with multiple locations. You will manage and troubleshoot Apple devices and systems, as well as Google Suite applications and Chromebook devices, ensuring a seamless digital experience for all employees and end users.
Key Responsibilities :
- 3 years of Apple hardware and software support, including iOS, iPadOS, and MacOS
- Management and support of enterprise-level Apple device tools, such as JAMF and Apple Business Manager or other MDM tools
- Proficiency with Google Suite
- Management and support of Chromebook devices
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with Apple products, Google Suite and Chromebooks
- Training and support for employees on Apple devices, Google Suite and Chromebook usage
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
