As a vital part of our agency, recognized for excellence in psychotherapy services, you will provide outpatient and tele-therapy services to diverse populations, helping families overcome behavioral, social, and emotional challenges. RequirementsQualifications : Education : Master's in psychology, social work, or related field.Licensure : LMCH, LCSW, or ability to obtain within 2 years.Experience : 2 years in behavioral health counseling.Other : Valid Florida driver's license, ability to respond outside regular hours, and pass criminal background check.Language : Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities : Proven ability to provide therapeutic counseling for individuals, families, and groups across diverse populations and age groups.Expertise in trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.Strong clinical documentation and record-keeping skills, with proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.Familiarity with Medicaid / Medicare standards for care and documentation.Commitment to professional development in areas such as domestic violence, trauma, substance abuse, and exploitation of vulnerable populations.Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Professional demeanor, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related tools. Training Requirements : Attend all JFCS mandatory trainings.Maintain active licensure in Florida by completing all required CEUs. Physical Requirements : Mobility throughout agency location and ability to sit through client sessions and meetings.
