What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weekend Receptionist position at JG Real Estate?
We are seeking a part-time hourly weekend administrative assistant/receptionist at our front desk position who excels in customer service and is able to handle an extremely high call & e-mail volume while maintaining a positive & professional attitude.
You are the company's first impression. This part-time weekend position supplements our 2 full-time weekday front desk admin assistants, so you would have direct colleagues sharing the overall responsibilities and splitting the total volume but you will be working independently on the weekends. If you're someone who excels at scheduling & managing multiple calendars who is also looking for growth potential, this is for you.
Ideal schedules for us are Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays so that there is some overlap with the other 2 full-time weekday receptionists. Projected at 16-24 hours per week. Flexible on half-day vs full-day weekends but weekend availability of some variety is not negotiable so please define your specific availability when inquiring.
