JH Larson is hiring a Territory Sales Manager to join our Corporate team. The role has the ability to be based out of any of our Pahls Showroom locations located in Eau Claire, WI, Hudson, WI, Sioux Falls, SD or Watertown, SD. This role is responsible for overseeing the operations and sales performance of multiple Pahls Showroom locations. The primary functions of this position are to drive sales growth, manage showroom staff, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining consistent showroom display standards.

Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and budgets to drive revenue growth across all showrooms.
- Analyze reporting tools to help identify discrepancies in customer service and revenue.
- Leading and motivating showroom staff through training and development.
- Inventory Management overseeing showroom inventory levels and ensuring accurate product availability.
- Display Management implementing consistent planograms for showrooms across the territories.
- Vendor Management ensuring strong vendor partnerships throughout the territory, scheduling training sessions, and negotiating terms.
- Facilitating cadenced showroom meetings.
- Implementation and follow up on policies and procedures for showroom success.
- Influencing distribution channel sales through collaboration on sales growth with contractors and builders.
- Travel up to 30%
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required. Bachelors degree preferred.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably specialty or retail sales.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Math skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measurement, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Aptitude for resolving customer inquiries or complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations and to other employees of the organization.
- Organized, detail oriented, strong time management skills. Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and collaborate within a multi-functional team.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- A team player works together with others to accomplish common goals of company.
- Consistent and tenacious.
- Self-motivated and self-starter.
- 5 years in a customer service role preferred.
- Wholesale distribution experience preferred.
- Computer experience with different order management systems (Eclipse knowledge preferred)
