- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of HVAC and sheet metal crews.
- Work closely with the team to complete installation tasks as needed.
- Read and interpret construction documents, including blueprints and mechanical drawings.
- Coordinate the installation of ductwork, equipment, and associated components.
- Verify that all work meets code requirements and company quality standards.
- Maintain open lines of communication with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors.
- Manage job site safety, cleanliness, and productivity.
- Order materials and manage site inventory.
- Mentor and train crew members as needed.
- Complete daily reports and job documentation.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC and sheet metal installation
- At least 2 years of supervisory or foreman experience on commercial construction sites
