Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Foreman with a strong background in HVAC systems and sheet metal installation. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for managing job site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to spec. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has the ability to lead crews effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of HVAC and sheet metal crews on commercial job sites.
- Actively work alongside the crew on HVAC and sheet metal installation tasks as needed.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and mechanical drawings.
- Oversee and assist with the installation of ductwork, equipment, and associated components.
- Ensure all work meets code requirements and company quality standards.
- Communicate with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors.
- Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and productivity.
- Order materials and manage site inventory.
- Mentor and train crew members as needed.
- Complete daily reports and job documentation.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC and sheet metal installation.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or foreman experience on commercial construction sites.
- Proven ability to lead by example and manage field crews effectively.
- Proficient in reading construction drawings and mechanical plans.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
- OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor in various job site conditions.
