We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Commercial Construction Project Administrator to join our team at our Madisonville office. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in supporting our Construction Project Management Team and ensuring the smooth execution of commercial construction projects. This role requires strong multitasking skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proactive attitude.
Requirements
Administrative Support:
- Assist project managers in preparing and managing project documentation, including contracts, permits, and submittals.
- Maintain organized project files, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.
- Coordination & Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between project teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure clear and consistent communication.
- Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and deadlines, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
- Financial Oversight:
- Support accounts receivable and payable processes related to projects.
- Monitor project budgets and track expenses to ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare and distribute progress reports, change orders, and other project-related updates.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction administration, project coordination, or a similar role in the commercial construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ViewPoint project management software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with construction documentation, contracts, and processes is a plus.
