Summary : JH Kelly is a leading commercial mechanical contracting company in the Pacific Northwest, specializing in Commercial HVAC and Plumbing installation and service. As we continue to grow our operations, we seek a dynamic Vice President of Operations to join our Seattle team and drive excellence in project execution, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
As the Vice President of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of planning and execution of our commercial mechanical and special projects in the greater Seattle area. Reporting directly to the COO, you will play a critical role in leading our operations team and ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and operational excellence.
- Provide leadership and direction to the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
