Jiffy Lube's assistant manager will do all the duties of the store manager on days off. The assistant manager will open/close the business, deal with facets of inventory and training. Must be willing to learn all facets of the business from changing oil, rotating tires, changing fluids and filters and the knowledge to be able to explain to customers. Must be able to manage 6-7 team members at a time. Jiffy Lube's assistant manager must be able to communicate with customers and provide them with a great customer experience. Jiffy Lube's assistant manager must be very organized and good with time management.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will leverage your core skills in inventory management, team supervision, and customer service to ensure efficient store performance. Additionally, your relevant skills in marketing and organizational management will support our objectives in driving sales and maintaining a well-organized inventory.
