Jiffy Lube Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service representative you will be the liaison between our customers and technicians. You will be working with our customers to build their loyalty as well as ensuring their visits are quick and make what could be a stressful experience a positive experience. This role is customer experience focused.
To be successful in this position.
Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
Working to earn 5-star Google and Yelp reviews from every customer
Communicating frequently with technicians and customers to ensure timely completion of work
Work both independently and with a team
Familiarity with Point of Sale
E-mail and basic computer skills
Answer telephone calls promptly, courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the callers inquiry.
Provide customers and vendors with needed information - training will be provided
Maintain customer areas in a clean and orderly manner.
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
Organization and follow-up skills
Valid Driver’s License

Must be able to work Saturdays or Sundays

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
