Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized lesson plans based on students' needs and learning styles.
- Provide instruction in subjects such as math, science, reading, and writing to students of varying ages.
- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Create a supportive and engaging environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning.
- Assist with homework assignments, projects, and exam preparation.
- Maintain open communication with parents or guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other educators to share best practices and resources for curriculum development.
- Utilize classroom management techniques to maintain a focused learning atmosphere.
Skills
