General Summary of Position
This role will support the Finance Team in maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts. Additionally, preparing and analyzing various reconciliations, as well general bookkeeping, are also fundamental tasks. This individual will have strong problem-solving skills, demonstrate attention to detail, have solid interpersonal and communication abilities, be comfortable meeting deadlines, and recognize a sense of ownership for the role. On - site required.
Requirements : II. Essential Duties
- Prepare Month End journal entries and month end reports.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and ensure all reconciling items are resolved in a timely manner.
- Processing Accounts Payable and Receivable.
- Analyze Expenses.
- Analyze P&L reports.
- Analyze accruals to ensure reserves are adequate.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of year end audit and tax work papers.
- Ensure all month-end processes are followed and completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
- Prepares and makes deposits to bank, enters and posts bank deposits daily.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
- Regular attendance and punctuality are required.
- Operates safely in all conditions.
- Follows policies and procedures.
