Junior Accountant (Entry-Level)

Overview :

Join our team at Körber Pharma Packaging Materials US as a Junior Accountant and play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records for our organization. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments to vendors. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the financial stability of the company through meticulous attention to detail and adherence to accounting principles.

Location : On site at our Camden, NJ new facility!

Duties :

Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies

Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Conduct data entry tasks related to accounts payable transactions
Assist with benefits administration tasks as needed
Utilize accounting software such as Quicken, Kronos, and Ceridian for efficient processing
Support account reconciliation processes and assist with financial software utilization
Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounts payable procedures

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Junior Accountant, Finance Clerk, or in a similar role

Proficiency in data entry and clerical duties

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial information

Knowledge of account reconciliation principles

Ability to work effectively with accounting software and financial tools

Additional Education / Skills / Preferences : "Nice to Have"

Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
