About the Role :
As an Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients who have been injured and need legal assistance. You will play a critical role in assessing case viability, gathering essential details, and ensuring a seamless intake process.
Responsibilities :
- Answer and screen inbound calls from potential clients
- Conduct thorough intake interviews to gather critical case information
- Assess potential cases and determine eligibility based on firm criteria
- Maintain accurate and organized client records in the case management system
- Coordinate follow-ups and schedule consultations with attorneys
- Provide a compassionate and professional client experience
What We’re Looking For :
Experience in a law firm or customer service role (personal injury experience is a plus )
Strong communication and active listening skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Bilingual (Spanish / English) is a huge plus
