Quick Lane Commission Service Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a Quick Lane Commission Service Technician who can accurately perform general maintenance on all makes and models. As a Quick Lane Service Technician, you will perform general vehicle maintenance including oil changes, brakes, steering, suspension, alignments, tune-ups, tires, air conditioning, electrical and other repair work. Customer satisfaction is a result of your personal work habits and ethics and is of the utmost importance as part of your job. You will ensure customer satisfaction by completing the job correctly, cleanly, honestly, and on time for every service visit.

The ideal candidate must have at least three years of vehicle-servicing experience, a valid driver's license and clean driving record, excellent customer service skills, and good computer skills. He or she must be able to drive both standard and automatic vehicles. We will provide your tools.

Responsibilities

• Completes each and every job correctly, cleanly, honestly, and on time to ensure customer satisfaction
• Set goals for personal service improvement and monitors progress against customer satisfaction index numbers and production numbers as provided by the Quick Lane Manager
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
• Performs basic maintenance on all makes and models of vehicles in a timely and accurate manner
• Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• A "can-do" positive attitude!
• At least three years of vehicle-servicing experience
• Valid CA driver's license with a clean DMV record
• Must be able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles
• Must be able to work safely and follow directions
• Good computer skills
• Ford Certifications a plus!

The schedule for this position is Mon - Friday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm, Saturdays 8-5
