Jim Coleman Infiniti and Nissan is seeking an experienced Internet Sales Manager who is energetic, positive, and possesses great people skills to join our team. This role is hands-on, and involves working leads, making phone calls, setting appointments, managing CSI for both Infiniti and Nissan, and training sales staff among other things. Candidates should also have a verifiable track record of profitability, market share performance, and above average CSI in order to be considered for the position.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high Customer Satisfaction scores and analyze these metrics to isolate areas for improvement
- Lead all showroom activities and maintain an experienced level of product knowledge
- Conduct daily and weekly sales training meetings for Sales and Product Specialists
- Achieve forecasted goals and objectives for dealership sales, gross, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis
- Guarantee delivery includes an introduction to the service department and scheduling of the first service appointment
- Coach sales team on proper closing techniques through training and active participation, and lead profitability of your teams
- Mentor new and experienced sales reps on standard methodologies for improving performance
- Ensure proper follow up of all prospective buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a CRM system
- Establish delivery procedures and monitor performance and execution
- Ensuring that e-leads are handled timely, answering questions, providing information and ideally setting an appointment for a visit to the store
- Manage the follow-up with e-leads to assist them as needed through their research phase until ready for a vehicle purchase
- Ensure Customers are transitioned effectively from phone and internet contact to their in-store experience
