Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and respond to outreach from members via phone, email, or online chat.
- Educate members about Scripta's services and medication utilization.
- Evaluate individual member needs and suggest cost-effective medication alternatives.
- Identify and connect members with community resources for cost reduction.
- Maintain meticulous documentation and provide feedback based on engagement and claims analysis.
- Conduct outreach for member campaigns to raise awareness of savings opportunities.
- Complete special projects as assigned and ensure compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of work effectively.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
- Strong customer service orientation - must be MEMBER OBSESSED!
- Proficient in navigating various operating systems and applications, including Microsoft and Google office products.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to privacy.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) or completion of equivalent secondary nursing with a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and at least two years of clinical experience, or previously licensed RN with no recent revocation history and five years of acute clinical experience.
- B.S. Pharm or PharmD with current licensure in the U.S.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with five or more years of experience in an acute clinical setting.
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or the pharmaceutical industry preferred.

- Compensation: \(1,600 - \)1,800 USD Monthly (commensurate with experience).
- Flexible working hours based on contract terms, with approximately nine scheduled hours per day.
