Key Responsibilities
- Engage with members through phone, email, and online chat, providing timely responses and initiating outreach.
- Educate members on Scripta's services and their medication utilization.
- Assess member needs and recommend cost-effective medication alternatives identified by Scripta's software.
- Identify and connect members with community resources to support medication cost reduction efforts.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of all member interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Conduct targeted telephonic outreach campaigns to enhance member awareness of available savings opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA standards in all member engagements.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a high-volume work environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive in addressing member needs and concerns.
- A commitment to outstanding customer service, with a member-focused approach.
- Proficiency in using various operating systems and applications, including Microsoft and Google Office products.
- Critical problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Bilingual: Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or equivalent nursing qualifications and current RN license with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, or B.S. Pharm/PharmD with an active US license, or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with at least 5 years in an acute care setting.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a medical/nursing role within the USA and experience in the healthcare industry is essential. Pharmacists must have a minimum of 2 years retail pharmacy experience. Familiarity with Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) and case management is preferred.
- Experience using computerized documentation tools and proficiency in Microsoft/Google office products is essential.

Compensation And Benefits
- Monthly compensation ranging from \(1,600 to \)1,800 USD, commensurate with experience.
- Coverage hours for Member Success are from 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM EST.
- This independent contractor position requires approximately nine scheduled hours of work per day, with flexibility to meet client and member needs. An initial engagement of six months is anticipated, with potential for extension.
- Internet and computer expenses are the responsibility of the contractor.
