Key Responsibilities
- Engage with members through phone, email, and online chat to facilitate effective communication.
- Provide comprehensive education regarding Scripta’s services and assist members with medication utilization inquiries.
- Assess the needs of members and clients, offering cost-effective medication alternatives identified through Scripta’s advanced software.
- Identify community resources that can assist in lowering medication expenses.
- Maintain high-quality documentation consistently and offer constructive feedback to internal teams based on member engagement and analysis.
- Execute telephonic outreach for targeted member engagement campaigns.
- Complete special projects as assigned and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities for managing high volumes of work.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a member-centric focus.
- Proficient in navigating various operating systems and applications, including the Microsoft and Google Suite, particularly Excel/Sheets.
- Thorough understanding of HIPAA standards and the importance of privacy in member interactions.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or possess equivalent nursing credentials.
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience or other relevant qualifications.
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or pharmaceutical settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) and case management is advantageous.
