Key Responsibilities
- Engage in proactive and responsive communications with members through phone, email, or online chat.
- Educate members regarding Scripta’s services and medication utilization, addressing their inquiries effectively.
- Assess member needs utilizing provided data and recommend cost-saving medication alternatives.
- Identify community resources to help reduce medication costs for members.
- Maintain accurate and high-quality documentation of member interactions.
- Provide constructive feedback to internal teams based on member engagement and claims analysis.
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns to enhance member awareness of savings opportunities.
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance in all member interactions.
- Undertake special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication abilities.
- Self-driven and proactive with a strong sense of initiative.

- Proficiency with various internet platforms and multiple operating systems/applications.
- Strong organizational skills to manage large volumes of work efficiently.

Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or equivalent nursing education with current RN license and a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
- B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD, currently licensed in the US.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with 5 or more years of experience in an acute clinical setting.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in remote roles.
- Prior case management experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) operations and self-funded insurance models is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft and Google office applications, including Excel/Sheets, is required.
- Experience with computerized documentation tools for capturing client interactions is necessary.

- Salary: \(1,600 - \)1,800 USD monthly, based on experience.
- Flexible scheduling with expected nine-hour workdays, covering member success hours from 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM EST.
- Independent contractor role with the possibility of ongoing engagement after initial six months.
