Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and respond to member outreach via phone, email, or online chat.
- Provide comprehensive education and address inquiries about Scripta’s applications and medication utilization.
- Assess member needs and propose cost-effective medication alternatives identified through Scripta’s software.
- Source community resources to assist members in minimizing medication costs.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of member interactions.
- Offer feedback to internal teams and clients based on member engagement analysis.
- Conduct telephonic outreach for targeted member campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA standards in all member engagements.
- Complete any special projects as assigned.
- Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational skills to manage large volumes of work efficiently.
- High level of self-motivation and independence in managing daily tasks.
- Member-obsessed with outstanding customer service capabilities.
- Proficient in utilizing Microsoft and Google suite products, including Excel/Sheets.
- Experience with various computerized documentation tools to track client interactions.
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) or equivalent secondary nursing education with an active RN license and at least 2 years of clinical experience.
- Alternatively, a B.S. Pharm or PharmD with current US licensing.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with 5 or more years of experience in an acute clinical setting.
- Experience in the healthcare, insurance, or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Pharmacists must have a minimum of 2 years of retail pharmacy experience.
- Familiarity with case management and Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) industries is advantageous.

- Monthly compensation ranging from \(1,600 to \)1,800 USD, based on experience.
- Flexible scheduling with coverage hours from 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM EST.

- This role is structured as an independent contractor position, requiring approximately nine hours of work per day.
