Your Responsibilities & Essential Job Duties:

• Respond promptly to customer’s KBB Instant Cash Offer inquiries to set appointments
• Meet and greet customers when they arrive at the Kelley Blue Book Atlanta Center
• Explain KBB ICO process
• Perform a KBB ICO vehicle walkaround to validate the customer’s KBB Instant Cash Offer
• If the purchase agreement is reached complete all purchase paperwork accurately
• Maintain Buying Center CRM database by entering information
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
• Performs other duties as assigned by management
• The KBB Buying Center is a Team Environment and Teamwork is required
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Must have a valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
