Your Responsibilities & Essential Job Duties:
- Respond promptly to customer’s KBB Instant Cash Offer inquiries to set appointments
- Meet and greet customers when they arrive at the Kelley Blue Book Atlanta Center
- Explain KBB ICO process
- Perform a KBB ICO vehicle walkaround to validate the customer’s KBB Instant Cash Offer
- If the purchase agreement is reached complete all purchase paperwork accurately
- Maintain Buying Center CRM database by entering information
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
- The KBB Buying Center is a Team Environment and Teamwork is required
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must have a valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
