What are the responsibilities and job description for the Used Cars BDC Agent position at Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills?
Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills a fast-growing dealership is looking to add a qualified Business Development Center (BDC) representative to our used car department.
They will be specifically trained to acquire additional inventory for the dealership by actively prospecting, identify and engaging with private parties looking to sell their vehicle. They will have consistent interaction with customers throughout the day, both in person and over the phone. This role will primarily make cold contact with prospects who have their vehicle advertised for sale, both online and as walk-ins to the store. S/he will set appointments with potential customers to visit the dealership for an appraisal and execute the process.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Strive to generate business by reaching out to prospects.
- This individual will be an integral part in acquiring vehicles
- Manage internet trade in leads (KBB), respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions.
- Responsible for setting, confirming, and following up with customer appointments
- Hand off customer to appropriate manager if customer wishes to trade their vehicle for either a new or used vehicle.
- Make 40-60 calls per day using CRM system.
- Follows BDC scripts and guidelines on calls and e-mails.
- Other task asked my management.
Requirements:
- Previous Sales experience
- Must enjoy talking to people
- Speak clearly and distinctly
- Bilingual is a plus
