Jim Falk Motors has been a successful internet store for over 10 years. Located in a town of about 9,000, we enjoy the country hours and atmosphere with the city volume and pay!! These last few years in business have been INCREDIBLE and we are looking to expand our team. This position requires a minimum of 2 years experience in a management role and/or 2 years of being THE TOP PRODUCER.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Maintaining dealership production levels
· Early and often involvement during and after the sale process
· Encouraging professionalism through actions and appearance
· Work closely with sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods and ethics
· Help continue and generate a team environment
· Provide guidance, support and motivation to ensure employees are maximizing their ability and growth potential.
· Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all employees and customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· MUST be a Closer!
· At least 2 years of Automotive Management experience OR
· 2 years of being a TOP producer
· Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation / closing skills.
· Self-motivated, goal oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
