Manager - Finance

Position :- Finance Manager Reports to : - Global Finance Controller (MM & DME) Primary Objective : - 1. Timely & Accurate Financial Reporting – Statutory & US GAAP supported by a Strong Control Environment 2. Managing Working Capital, Fund requirements of the organisation 3. Financial Analysis & Business Forecasting (Monthly, Quarterly & for the rest of the year) 4. Preparation of Annual Operating Plan 5. Tax & Transfer Pricing 6. Making short-term investment decisions 7. Forward contracts Booking 8. Credit Fixation for Customers 9. Responsible for Internal Audit, Statutory Audit & Local Tax audits on-time completion and ensure all Audit observations are cleared on time. 10. Strategy support to Management 11. Cost Reduction & Continuous Improvement Projects 12. Implementing Process Controls within the organisation 13/ Support to other Business Functions 14. Special Projects from Business Standardisation & Automation of processes Essential Skills / Experience CA / CS / CMA / MBA with minimum 15 years of Experience SAP / MS Office proficiency Excellent Communication skills, leadership skills Who we are: Milacron is a global leader in the manufacture, distribution and service of highly engineered and customized systems within the $27 billion plastic technology and processing industry.
