- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all office functions.
- Greet and assist clients visiting the office.
Experience
- Previous experience in an office coordinator or similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in clerical tasks with strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Google & Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve common goals.
