We are seeking a customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to be the friendly liaison between our customers and expert technicians. In this role, you'll assist customers with their vehicle service needs, provide accurate estimates, and ensure a seamless service experience. We're looking for someone with automotive knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
- Explain recommended repairs and maintenance services in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Prepare accurate service estimates, including labor and parts costs.
- Communicate with technicians to relay customer concerns and confirm diagnoses.
- Keep customers updated on their vehicle’s status and notify them of any additional issues.
- Maintain detailed records of service history and customer interactions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any service-related concerns.
- Promote and upsell additional services to improve vehicle performance and longevity.
- Schedule service appointments and manage work orders efficiently.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role (automotive industry preferred).
- Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with computer systems and service management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Being bilingual is a plus!
